We will discover what presence and awareness means for all of us and how to apply it in daily life using simple yet efficient meditation methods.
Meditation means many things depending on its context and encompasses countless of ways and technics.
Through this course we will discover that all of these methods have some core components and by understanding them better our meditation practice will deepen and improve greatly.
